VICKSBURG, Miss. (VDN) — The Vicksburg Police Department is launching “You Have a Voice,” a new community engagement initiative designed to give residents an opportunity to submit questions directly to VPD leadership.
As part of the initiative, VPD leadership will participate in an upcoming Facebook Live discussion addressing questions submitted by members of the community.
Residents are encouraged to ask questions about VPD, department operations, public safety, community concerns, programs and initiatives, or other topics they would like VPD leadership to address.
Questions are currently being accepted in the comment section of the official “You Have a Voice” post on the VPD’s Facebook page.

The initiative is part of VPD’s continued effort to create opportunities for open communication between the department and the community it serves.
The date for the “You Have a Voice” discussion will be announced at a later time on the VPD’s Facebook page.
