Warm and breezy days ahead with highs nearing 90 in Vicksburg

VICKSBURG, Miss. (VDN) — Vicksburg residents can expect warm and breezy conditions over the next few days, with daytime highs approaching 90 degrees and persistent southerly winds, according to the National Weather Service,

Tonight will be mostly clear early, becoming partly cloudy overnight. Lows will settle in the upper 60s with south winds at 15 to 20 mph.

Thursday will start mostly cloudy before becoming partly sunny. Highs will reach around 90 degrees, with southwest winds at 10 to 15 mph and gusts up to 25 mph. Thursday night will remain mostly cloudy, with lows in the lower 70s and continued south winds at 10 to 15 mph.

Warm and breezy weather will continue Friday with early morning cloud cover, then partly sunny with highs in the upper 80s. Winds will remain from the south at 10 to 15 mph with gusts again reaching 25 mph. Friday night will be mostly cloudy with lows in the mid-70s.
