Warren Central Junior High Football Releases 2025 Schedule

VICKSBURG, Miss.(VDN) — Warren Central Junior High School has released its football schedule for the 2025 football season. The Vikings will once again be led by Head Coach Louis Green, who guided the team to an undefeated 7-0 record last year and a Little Six Championship title.

The 2025 schedule features six regular-season games followed by the Little Six Championship, which is scheduled for Oct. 8. The Vikings will open the season on the road against Northwest Rankin on Aug. 26 at 6 p.m.

Their home opener will be Sept. 2 against Madison Central at Warren Central High School. Other opponents include Germantown (Sept. 9), Clinton (Sept. 16), Pearl (Sept. 23), and crosstown rival Vicksburg (Sept. 30). Game times for all regular-season contests are set for 6 p.m.

Warren Central hopes to defend its Little Six title and continue the momentum from last year’s dominant run. The location and time of the championship game will be determined based on regular season standings.

With a mix of returning talent and new additions, the Vikings look poised for another successful campaign under Coach Green’s leadership. The team enters the new season with high expectations and a target on their back as reigning champions.
