Two arrested for Utica nightclub murder

Joseph Crum-34 (L) and Eric Dixon-42 (R) have both been charged with murder and three counts of aggravated assault, stemming from last night’s shooting at the Sugar Shack Club in Utica.

A total of five victims were shot, one deceased. One victim is still hospitalized in serious condition and another in stable condition. Two other victims treated and released. More arrests and/or charges are possible. The Investigation is ongoing.
