Vicksburg High School recently added Tyrese Wolfe to the football coaching staff. The 2024 football season will mark Wolfe’s first year in coaching.

Wolfe is fresh out of playing college football at Bluefield University where he was a star defensive back. In 2023, he received Appalachian Athletic All-Conference honors after grabbing three interceptions, four pass breakups, 37 tackles, a tackle-for-loss, and a forced fumble.

Before playing at Bluefield, Wolfe starred at Hinds Community College where he got his first chance of playing college football.

Wolfe is a 2019 graduate of Vicksburg High School where he played under former Head Coach Tim Hughes. He will be assisting with the varsity wide receivers and helping out with the ninth-grade team.
