VICKSBURG, Miss. – The Vicksburg Orchestral Society will perform “Historical Classics: Through the Ages” at Crawford Street United Methodist Church this Sunday, November 10, at 3 p.m.

The orchestra will perform a series of classical pieces taking listeners on a “journey through musical history.” The orchestra will be joined by the Vicksburg Chamber Choir for this special performance.

Historical Classics: Through the Ages is free and open to the public.

The Vicksburg Orchestral Society is a group of volunteer musicians from Vicksburg and surrounding communities. The orchestra rehearses Tuesday evenings at the Church of the Holy Trinity Annex, located at 930 South Street.
