VICKSBURG, Miss. (VDN) — Andre Huff of Limelite Design Service has been awarded a prestigious Emmy Award by the Southeast Chapter of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences (NATAS) for Lighting Design/Direction for his work on the 2025 Miss Mississippi Pageant.

The Southeast Chapter of NATAS is one of 19 regional chapters across the country and serves television professionals in Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, South Carolina, and parts of North Carolina. The organization recognizes excellence in television and related media through its annual regional Emmy Awards.

The Emmy Award is one of the most distinguished honors in the television industry. Nominees are selected through a rigorous peer-judging process, where industry professionals review submissions based on creativity, execution, and overall excellence. Winning entries must achieve a score that meets the high standard of Emmy recognition.

Limelite owner, André Huff, doubles as the Lighting Designer for long-term client and country music legend, Martina McBride. Huff’s work stood out among entries submitted from across the region, with the award honoring his expert lighting design for the 2025 Miss Mississippi Pageant.

“Congratulations to Andre Huff and [Limelite Design] Service on this well-earned achievement,” the Miss Mississippi Corporation said in a statement on social media. “We are grateful for your commitment, generosity and continued support of our competition.”
