BILOXI, Miss. (VDN) — A suspect has been arrested in an investigation involving razor blades found inside baked goods at two Walmart locations in Mississippi, authorities said.

Camille Benson, 33, of Texas, has been taken into custody and charged with attempted mayhem in connection with the incidents. Her bond was set at $100,000.

Police said the investigation revealed that razor blades were discovered in multiple food items, including muffins and loaves of bread, purchased at the Walmart Supercenter on C.T. Switzer Sr. Drive and the Walmart Neighborhood Market on Pass Road.

The first incident was reported Dec. 5, when a customer discovered a razor blade inside a muffin that had been purchased from the Walmart Supercenter. Authorities said no injuries were reported in that case.

A second report was made Dec. 8, when a customer returned a loaf of bread to the Walmart Neighborhood Market after finding a razor blade inside the product, police said.

A third incident was reported Dec. 14, when another customer found a razor blade inside a product purchased from the Walmart Supercenter on C.T. Switzer Sr. Drive.
