Chef Enrika Williams returns for Catfish Row Summer Chef series

VICKSBURG, Miss. (VDN) — The Catfish Row Museum will continue its Summer Chef Series this Saturday, July 26, at 2 p.m. with special guest chef Enrika Williams.

Williams is a Mississippi-born chef and the owner of Fauna Foodworks, a reimagined culinary lab based in Jackson. Her cooking style blends thoughtful, ingredient-driven cuisine with a bohemian-chic aesthetic.

Williams is known for using her platform to influence the culinary landscape through curated dinner series, pop-ups, and collaborations with museums, publications, and digital platforms. She is also the co-creator of Magnolia Sunset Markets, a curated community event in Jackson.

She has appeared on several national television programs, including Beat Bobby Flay on the Food Network, where two chefs compete for a chance to take on the celebrity chef.

“It was a great experience. I have nothing bad to say other than I could not beat Bobby Flay,” Williams said.

She was also featured in an episode of Hotel Hell, where she helped revamp the menu and concept for a beer garden.
