Community Clean-Up Day set for May 16

VICKSBURG, Miss. (VDN) — Vicksburg residents are encouraged to roll up their sleeves for the 2025 Community Clean-Up Day, scheduled for Friday, May 16, from 8:30 a.m. to noon.

The event will begin at the Vicksburg Convention Center, located at 1600 Mulberry St., where volunteers can check in and receive supplies.

Organizers are inviting volunteers of all ages to take part in the effort. Gloves and bags will be provided.

Community Clean-Up Day provides a chance for neighbors to work side by side while contributing to the improvement of local streets and public spaces.
