Dodge Challenger Stolen in Broad Daylight by Three Masked Suspects
VICKSBURG, Miss. – A Grey Dodge Challenger was stolen in broad daylight this morning near 3rd north and Grove by three men wearing all black and wearing masks, according to a witness.
The witness, who called 911, described them as three young black males in suspicious attire around 10 a.m., noticed them walking up and down the street. The witness spoke with the three young males, telling them that what what they were wearing was a bad idea. The vehicle was stolen 10-15 minutes later.
In spite of a massive police presence on the scene by the Vicksburg Police Department after the vehicle was stolen, neither the three individuals or the Dodge Challenger have been found.
The witness shared frustration with the Vicksburg Daily News on what she believes was a long delay between their call to 911 and the police arrival. The vehicle was stolen after the call was made, but before the VPD’s arrival.
This is a developing story, if you have information regarding this case, contact the Vicksburg Police Department, or call 911.
