Greenville family loses everything when fire destroys home before the holidays
A Greenville family has nothing after a fire destroyed their home and all of their belongings.
Amy Terry, her mom Pamela Terry, daughter Anna Crumley, and son Richard Crumley Jr. are now without a home after a fire broke out on November 20th around 2 a.m.
The family woke up to smoke in the house at the breaker box.
Amy tried her best to put out the fire but it became too much. She got her mom and kids out of the house as well as the family dog.
She tried to find the family cat, but she couldn’t find him before the flames became too much. The cat was lost in the fire.
The fire destroyed half of the house, then rekindled around 4 a.m. and destroyed the rest of the house.
The family now only has the clothes on their backs.
Family members said that they could use women’s shirts, sizes medium, large, and extra large.
The son wears size 2x in shirts and size 13 in shoes.
All three women who lived at the home wore size 10 shoes.
