Flashes picked up wins over Prairie View Academy

VICKSBURG, Miss. – St. Aloysius High School basketball teams went on the road to defeat Prairie View Academy on Monday night. 

Girls:

The Lady Flashes blew out PVA 71-23 as Farrell Roberson(11 rebounds) and Taryn Lusby( four rebounds and six steals) both led the way with 14 points each. Megan Theriot(10 rebounds and five steals) and Annslee Averett(11 assists) both added 12 points each while Mallory Hobson scored 11 points and grabbed 14 rebounds. 

Olivia Larsen(seven rebounds) and Elle Larson(10 rebounds) both finished the night with four points.

Boys:

The Flashes came away with a 73-60 win as Carson Gleese was the lead scorer with 20 points and seven rebounds. Anthony McCloud had a double-double with 19 points and 12 rebounds with four assists. Carson Henderson came away with 17 points, nine rebounds, and four assists while Sadler Lambiotte finished with eight points.

Tre Lee 3 points

Carter Henderson 2 points

Walt Andrews 4 rebounds and 5 assists

The Flashes will travel to play Humphrey’s Academy on Thursday.
