Gas station employee arrested for allegedly assaulting customer in Port Gibson

The Port Gibson Police Department Investigation Division investigated an assault that happened at the 5-Star Gas Station located at 1076 US-61 on April 5, 2024.

After a thorough investigation and viewing of the full video it was determined that employee, 35-year-old Mohamed Al Mardahi, and a juvenile did assault a customer. Mohamed was arrested and transported to the PD for booking where he was charged with assault. Charges for the juvenile will be referred over to the Claiborne County Youth Court.

The City of Port Gibson will not tolerate acts of violence towards any individual and will act according to the laws of Mississippi.
