Harvey receives her first official basketball scholarships

Vicksburg, Miss.-Vicksburg High School basketball player Zion Harvey recently received her first official scholarship offer. Harvey’s first offer came from Copiah-Lincoln Community College and last week she also received another offer from Holmes Community College.

Harvey is in her senior year at VHS where she plays under Head Coach Troy Stewart. The Missy Gators currently have a 7-2 record as Harvey is averaging over 20 points per game. She had a career-high of 35 points against Holmes County Central High School last month.

Harvey has not officially committed to any college at this time and the Missy Gators will be back in action on Tuesday when they travel to play Yazoo City.
