Hinds CC Jackson Campus hosting ‘Remember Medgar Evers Walk’

Hinds Community College’s Jackson Campus at 3925 Sunset Drive will have “Remember Medgar Evers Walk” beginning at 11 a.m. tomorrow, Wednesday, Feb. 21.

The walk will begin in front of Bivins Hall on the campus and will continue to the statue outside of the Medgar Evers Library at 4215 Medgar Evers Blvd.

A short Black History program will follow after the walk, including a song, prayer, poetry and a balloon release.
