Mayoral candidate Willis Thompson to host Kings & Waltersville meet & greet this Saturday

VICKSBURG, Miss. (VDN) — Mayoral candidate Willis Thompson is inviting the community to a Meet & Greet this Saturday, May 31st, from 10 am – 1 pm in the Kings and Waltersville communities at 323 Waltersville Street at the pavilion behind fire station #9.

This event will give an opportunity to connect directly with Willis Thompson as he shares his vision for improving Vicksburg. Community members are encouraged to come out, bring a friend, enjoy free food, and learn more about Thompson’s plans to move the city forward. 

“We’re building a campaign powered by the people,” said Thompson. “This event is a chance to come together, celebrate our community, discuss the issues, and energize voters as we head into the final stretch.”
