Mississippi Symphony Orchestra to perform in Vicksburg

VICKSBURG, Miss. (VDN) — The Church of the Holy Trinity will host a free lunchtime concert on March 28, 2025 as part of its 2025 Lenten Fine Arts Series.

Pianist Daniel Jones and violinist Noelani Perry, from the Mississippi Symphony Orchestra, are set to perform Gabriel Fauré’s Violin Sonata No. 1 at the church, located at 900 South St. The concert will begin at noon and is open to the public.

Attendees are invited to stay for a post-concert gumbo lunch, available for $15. Donations to support the series are welcomed.

The Lenten Fine Arts Series offers performances throughout the season, featuring various musicians and ensembles.
