WARREN COUNTY, Miss. (VDN) — A single-vehicle accident on Oak Ridge near Chandler’s Cove has killed a Warren County man, who has been identified as 84-year-old Robert Sibley.

Just after 7:30 a.m., a call came into the Vicksburg Warren 911 Call Center that an accident had occurred on Oak Ridge near Chandler’s Cove between Villanova Drive and Villanova Road. It appears the vehicle hit a tree that had fallen on Oak Ridge near Chandler’s Cove. The initial report stated that the car struck the fallen tree, partially blocking the roadway, and the driver was unresponsive. Air Care was put on standby.
