Patricia Ann Freeman, 1955-2023


Mrs. Patricia Freeman was called home to be with the angels of Heaven on October 1, 2023 at St. Dominic hospital in Jackson, MS. She was surrounded by her family as she took her journey to be with the Lord peacefully.
She was born on May 26, 1955 in Vicksburg, MS to Leroy Peaches and Laura Virginia Williams. She was 68 years old.
She was a member of Cedar Grove Missionary Baptist Church, and remained strong in her faith until her passing. She attended Warren Central High School in Vicksburg, MS.
She enjoyed fellowshipping with family and friends and was a fun loving person. If you ever needed advice from her, she always made herself available. She would always be honest and truthful with her advice, whether good or bad.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Freeman; her son, Frederick Freeman; her Mother, Laura Virginia Williams; her Father, Leroy Peaches, and her grandparents, Albert and Jimella Anderson.
She leaves to cherish her memory her beloved sons, Walter Freeman, Jr. and Dontay Freeman; brother-in-law, Wayne Freeman; Aunts, Ruthie Eastman and Debbie Griffin; sister-in-laws, Velma Williams, Mary Freeman, and Demmer Freeman, and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, grands and great-grands, and a host of other relatives to include the Williams, Hatchett, Buck, Lyons, Gleese, Harris, and Brown families, her brothers and sisters in Christ, and many close friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held on October 8, 2023, 1:00 PM at Cedar Grove M. B. Church, 3300 Grange Hall Rd., Vicksburg, MS.
