Port Gibson High School defeated Jim Hill 20-12 on Friday

Port Gibson High School football team picked up a 20-12 win over Jim Hill on Friday night.

The Blue Waves found success last night in throwing the ball as quarterback Raphael Neal threw for 170 yards and three touchdowns. He also rushed for 105 yards and scored a two-point conversion.

Neal hit Carome Carroll and Kejaylen Edwards for 10-yard touchdowns. Edwards also caught a 30-yard touchdown from Neal. Lenelle Snyder added 80 yards rushing. 

Cortez Hedrick led PG in tackles and Corey Johnson had outstanding play at cornerback.

The Blue Waves(1-1) will host Wilkinson County on Friday.
