Punkies to Host 2025 Summer Fling Fest in Vicksburg

VICKSBURG, Miss. (VDN) — Punkies will host its 2025 Summer Fling Fest on Sunday, July 27, at Washington Street Park in downtown Vicksburg. The event will be thrown by Erin Lawson, owner of Punkies.

The event will take place from 1 to 5 p.m. and is free and open to the public. Attendees can expect an afternoon filled with food, sweets, games, music, and fun for the entire family. The featured musical guest is DJ Country Que, who is scheduled to perform during the festivities.

Organizers are currently accepting vendor applications. The vendor fee is $50 for a 10×10 tent setup, and food truck vendors can participate for $70. All vendor fees are non-refundable, and payment is required in advance to secure a spot. Vendor setup will begin at 11 a.m. the morning of the event, and all spaces will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tents, tables, chairs, and any equipment needed for power or display. Event organizers also encourage vendors to submit product photos or promotional images to be featured on event marketing channels.
