Purvis to take over as Head of School at PCA

It is with a heavy heart that we inform you of
the resignation of Mr. Chris Williams from his
position as Head of School at Porters Chapel
Academy effective June 30, 2024. After 4
years of service and dedication to Porters
Chapel Academy Mr.Williams has accepted a
call to pastoral ministry in North Mississippi.
The guidance and leadership Mr. Williams
has provided for our school over the last 4
year has been invaluable in laying the
groundwork and foundation to continue
moving our school forward. I would like you
to join me in thanking Mr. Williams for his
guidance and leadership to our school and
our children.

With the news of Mr. Williams Resignation the Porters Chapel Academy Board of Directors have proceeded in replacing Mr. Williams as the Head of School.

Porters Chapel Academy Board of Directors is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Blake Purvis as the new Head of School. Mr. Purvis has been an asset to this school in previous roles and we are confident this will continue in his new role. His love for our students, staff, school and community is evident in many things he does and we are confident our school will continue
to move forward under his watch.
