VICKSBURG, MS – Ring, known for their smart doorbells, are on the hunt this October for any spooky sightings caught on one of their devices for a chance to win $100,000.

“And we mean any, from supernatural sightings of floating orbs and unexplained shadows to family and friends wearing silly costumes. Funny, frightening, fashionable, all of it. If you find a ghost, we want to see it,” said the company on their website.

To share your ghost, log into your Ring account and follow the instructions. To be eligible, video clips must be 30 seconds or less and captured on an existing Ring device. The Official Rules can be found here.

The event will run through November 1, 2024 at 11:59 PT or when 5,000 entries are received.

Finn Wolfhard, star of Ghostbusters, Stranger Things, and visitor of the Tomato Place, and Paranormal Investigator Katrina Weidman will serve as part of the judging team for the contest.

“Ring is known to catch all kinds of activity — but I know if I saw a ghost on my Ring camera, I’d want to move out as fast as possible,” Wolfhard said in a statement. “This Halloween season, I’m relying on my Ring camera to alert me of any activity happening in and around my house — even if it’s the spooky or paranormal.”
