Roy Wayne Moore, 1954-2024

Roy Wayne Moore passed away Saturday, February 3, 2024. He was 69 years old.

Roy was born in Paducah, Kentucky on September 6, 1954. Roy liked Harley Davidson Motorcycles, side by sides and four wheelers. He was an avid hunter and fisherman who loved being out walking in the woods on his land. He is preceded in death by his parents Walter Ray Moore and Mary Louise Lawrence Moore.

He is survived by his wife Laurie Reed Moore, and his sons Jesse Wayne Moore and Dylan Reed Moore.

A graveside service will be on Wednesday, February 7, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. in Wintergreen Cemetery in Port Gibson, MS.

Pallbearers will be Scott Shiflett, Adam Shiflett, Frank White, Glen Bell, Jesse Moore, Chase Hambright, and Steve Curtis.
