SCHF to host ‘Southern Exposure’ summer camp
VICKSBURG, Miss. (VDN) – The Southern Cultural Heritage Foundation (SCHF) will host “Southern Exposure” Camp for children ages 4-11, running from May 27 through July 25.
The camp will operate weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with early drop-off available at 7:30 a.m. and pick-up until 5:15 p.m. Registration costs $125 per child per week or $115 per child for families enrolling two or more children. The fee covers supplies and a daily snack. Campers are asked to bring their own lunch.
Children will participate in activities focused on Southern music, gardening, art, manners, and traditional camp games. Sessions will take place in the foundation’s gymnasium, art classrooms, auditorium, gardens, and media room. Accredited teachers will oversee all activities.
