Thomas Antwine scores three touchdowns in PCA quarterback debut

Thomas Antwine had an impressive debut as Porter’s Chapel Academy’s starting quarterback, scoring three touchdowns in a 46-16 win over Clinton Christian Academy. He threw for 103 yards and rushed for 42 yards, leading the Eagles to victory.

Thomas Antwine scored three touchdowns in his debut as Porter’s Chapel Academy’s starting quarterback, helping lead the Eagles to a 46-16 season-opening win over Clinton Christian Academy.

Antwine’s first touchdown as QB1 came through the air when he connected with Lakelan Pecanty for a 44-yard touchdown pass. He later used his legs to add two more scores, scrambling for touchdowns from 5 and 3 yards out.

Antwine finished the victory with 103 passing yards and 42 rushing yards as PCA opened the season with a win.

Antwine and the Eagles will return to action Friday when they travel to face Claiborne Academy.
