VPD reports over 90 recorded police runs in the past week

The Vicksburg Police Department has reported over 90 police runs in the past week in Vicksburg.

These include a shots fired call on Fort Hill last weekend and reporting the shots fired on Elizabeth Circle as an aggravated assault. When police arrived on Elizabeth Circle, they found evidence of the shooting and, after a preliminary investigation, upgraded the shots fired call to an aggravated assault, as reported in their original press release on the event.
