Warren Central closes regular season with 34-14 win over Canton

VICKSBURG, Miss. (VDN) — Warren Central ended its regular season finale with a 34-14 win over Canton on Senior Night. The Vikings improved to 8-2 on the year under Head Coach Josh Morgan and finished district play undefeated at 5-0.

The Vikings came out strong and controlled the game from start to finish, building a 28-0 lead before Canton managed to get on the board.

The Vikings will host Center Hill next Friday in the first round of the playoffs. The Mustangs took a 31-7 loss tonight against South Panola High School. They are 5-5 on the year and 2-3 in district play.
