Willis Thompson to host Get Out the Vote Rally this Saturday

VICKSBURG, Miss. (VDN) — Mayoral candidate Willis Thompson is inviting the community to a Get Out the Vote rally Saturday, May 3, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at The Watermark, 1415 Washington St., in downtown Vicksburg, according to a press release.

The event will feature free food, live music, and an opportunity to connect with Thompson as he shares his vision for improving the city. Community members are encouraged to attend and learn more about Willis Thompson’s plans to move Vicksburg forward.

“We’re building a campaign powered by the people,” Thompson said. “This rally is a chance to come together, celebrate our community, discuss the issues, and energize voters as we head into the final stretch.”

The event is free and open to the public. No RSVP is required.
