Wyatt Waters Calendar Signing, Wine Tasting this Friday

VICKSBURG, Miss. – As part of the Wine and Spine series, John Houston’s Good Spirits and Fine Wine will host renowned Mississippi artist Wyatt Waters for a meet-and-greet event featuring the signing of his 2025 calendar on Friday, November 15, from 5 p.m. – 7 p.m.

Attendees will also have the opportunity to enjoy a tasting of Waters’ own French Cabernet Sauvignon, “Waters to Wine,” available for purchase through John Houston’s Good Spirits and Fine Wine. Waters will be on hand to sign purchased bottles.

Wyatt Waters is renowned for his vibrant watercolor landscapes and scenes depicting Southern life. Known for capturing the beauty of everyday moments, Waters often paints en plein air, focusing on locations across Mississippi and the South. Waters has also co-authored several books with chef Robert St. John, blending art and culinary storytelling.

This free event is open to the public, though attendees must be 21 or older to participate in the wine tasting. John Houston’s is located at 717 Clay St.
