VICKSBURG, Miss. — The Vicksburg Police Department arrested two men Wednesday in connection with separate shootings that left two people injured. Both victims are in stable condition, authorities said.

Darion Turner was arrested in relation to a Nov. 27 shooting near 3rd North and Grove Street that injured one person. Turner faces charges of aggravated assault and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. His bond was set at $325,000.

Rashad Williams was arrested in connection with a Dec. 10 shooting at the Fastbreak gas station at the corner of Cherry and Clay streets. Williams was charged with aggravated assault, and his bond was set at $250,000.
