Punkies set for soft opening ahead of grand debut in Vicksburg

VICKSBURG, Miss. (VDN) — Punkies, a new dessert shop in Vicksburg, will begin welcoming customers next week with a soft opening before its official grand opening celebration.

Owner Erin Lawson announced that the soft opening will run Monday, Nov. 3 through Wednesday, Nov. 5, from 11 a.m. until sold out each day. The shop will be closed Thursday through Saturday to prepare for the grand opening on Sunday, Nov. 9. The time for the grand opening will be announced soon.

During the soft opening, customers can enjoy Punkies’ menu of sweet treats and desserts while helping the team fine-tune operations. Lawson encouraged the community to stop by, grab their favorites, and enjoy the atmosphere.

Punkies is located at 3401 Halls Ferry Road, Suite 5, in Vicksburg.
