Beau Bradley commits to Meridian Community College
VICKSBURG, Miss. (VDN) — Beau Bradley, a standout baseball player at Warren Central High School, has verbally committed to continue his athletic career at Meridian Community College. Bradley announced his decision earlier this week on social media, sharing his gratitude and excitement about the next step in his journey.
“First, I would like to thank God for all that he has blessed me with, and all of the coaches that believed in me and continue to believe in me,” Bradley wrote in his post. “With that, I’m excited to announce my commitment to Meridian Community College.”
Bradley first received his offer from MCC in July and also had an offer from Hinds Community College. The 6-foot-4 right-handed pitcher recently wrapped up an impressive sophomore season, helping lead the Vikings to their third straight district championship. He struck out 36 batters and finished with a 2.16 earned run average.
In addition to his on-field performance, Bradley earned All-District honors and was selected to compete in the Top Prospect Games, which features some of Mississippi’s top high school players.
Bradley plays under longtime Warren Central Head Coach Randy Broome and will enter his junior season as one of the team’s top returning arms.
