Ashley Foley, USM Alum, featured in recent USM’s Arete

VICKSBURG, MS – Ashley Foley, an alumnus of The University of Southern Mississippi’s School of Accountancy was recently featured in the Summer 2024 University of Southern Mississippi’s Graduate school publication: Arete.

Ashley Foley earned her Bachelor of Science in Forensic Science and a second Bachelor’s in Accounting. She completed her Master of Professional Accountancy (MPA) in 2015 while working as a Graduate Assistant and studying abroad.

Foley began her career in expatriate taxes after interning at a local firm and worked at RSM before joining BDO USA in January 2020. Ashley credits USM faculty and resources for her success and encourages students to utilize available tools for career preparation. She believes her experiences at Southern Miss equipped her for a successful career in accounting.
