Daughter Charged With Her Father’s Murder in Natchez

NATCHEZ, MS. – A woman has been charged with the murder of her father in Natchez, Mississippi. 31-year-old Anitta Taylor was arrested on Thursday after her father’s dead body was discovered at a home.
Police were called to the home at 10:42 p.m. where they found 77-year-old Pete Taylor lying on the floor with cuts on his head, legs, and arms. His grandson made the initial call to the police.
After being questioned by Natchez PD, Anita was arrested and charged with his murder.
