Today we are featuring Melissa Ballard

With her quick thinking and unwavering dedication, Melissa has been saving lives as a 911 dispatcher for over five years.

When not coordinating rapid emergency responses, Melissa enjoys quiet nights at home with her beloved pets – rambunctious dog Jax and cuddly cats Bella and Smokey. Her proudest achievement is raising her son Frankie into a thoughtful young man.

Melissa’s levelheaded nature and commitment to her community make her an invaluable 911 dispatcher.
