Flashes are the District Champions

St. Aloysius High School tennis team are the district champions after multiple players dominated on Thursday.

The boys had a total of 10 points as Caleb Stewart and Ryan Davidson(6-3,6-4) won the boys doubles. Hendrix Elderidge(6-1,6-0,6-0,6-0) win the girls singles while Walker Moore and Carrie Wood(6-4,6-4) took home the victory in the mixed doubles.

Sarah Beth Johnston and Olivia Larsen picked up wins in the girls doubles 2(6-2,3-3,10-3) semifinals but took a loss in the championship. Michael Moore also won in the boys singles(6-1,6-0) before falling short in the championship.

South State will begin on April 16.
