Miss Mississippi Contestants to be guest readers at Warren County Vicksburg Public Library June 7

Vicksburg, MS – As part of the Warren County Vicksburg Public Library’s Summer Library Program Miss Mississippi contestants will be guest readers on Friday June 7 beginning at 10 am. The twenty-six contestants will be divided into 13 groups in stations around the library. Attendance was well received last year with over 100 in attendance.

The Summer Reading program begins this Saturday, June 1 with a kick-off celebration with lunch provided by the Friends of the Library and presentations by the Vicksburg National Military Park and a model airplane group.

The theme for this summer is Let the Adventures Begin.
