“Returning to Vicksburg High School after 15 years to have a restart tradition of Play 2 Wynn basketball camps was an absolute blessing last week,” Wynn said. “Seeing new faces and teaching new drills was super exciting. Teaching the fundamentals is so important to beginners and advanced players.”

Plenty of familiar kids were in attendance as well as some new faces who appeared last week.

“Brycen is the one of the best players in Vicksburg,” she said. “He’s gotten better every year. He works on his game consistently and I love having him showcase his talents in camp.”

“First-time camper Alaina, was the breakout surprise this week. She improved tremendously from Monday to Friday. George went from the most improved camper to the most valuable camper. George’s improvement was visibly evident since his last P2W camp in December and Tyler was amazing with his energy and effort.”

“I want to say thank you to Coach Stewart for his support this week. Also, a special thanks to the superintendents and Mayor Flaggs for their support for both camps this Summer.”

Play2wynn also recently hosted their 21st basketball camp which was held at Warren Central Junior High.

Brycen Jones~This camp overall helps you become a better ball player and Coach Wynn knows how to inspire you.

Tyler Halter would definitely recommend people send their kids to this camp because it gets you better at playing competitive basketball.

Alaina Williams learned a lot of new skills and I know I’ll be able to execute them when the basketball season comes around.

George Washington~This camp really helped me with my confidence and I learned how to control my body movement.

Cory Darden~She helps you with your technique and drills and I really like my spin game now.
