Raymond softball team recently picked up four wins

Raymond High School softball team recently picked up three wins and a tie over Jim Hill, South Pike, Hazlehurst and Forest Hill. The Lady Rangers took down Jim Hill 18-7, Hazlehurst 26-8, Forest Hill 16-1 and tied 17-17 with South Pike.

Pitcher Imani Thomas currently has 17 strikeouts while Madison Beard has 12. Ty Kidd(0.727), Caliyah Schuller(.700), Trinity Hunter(0.615) and Rosalyn Davis(0.545) are the leading batters for Raymond. Davis also had an inside-the-park home run against South Pike and a grand slam against Hazlehurst.

The Lady Rangers are led by Head Coach Katrina Stagg and they will travel to face Pelahatchie Attendance Center on Thursday.
