Two injured in accident on Fisher Ferry

An accident on Fisher Ferry sent two people to the hospital Tuesday afternoon.

Just after 3 p.m. two vehicles collided on Fisher Ferry. A white Jeep Renegade and a gray sedan appear to have made contact with each other. Both vehicles ended in the ditch on the Southbound side of the roadway.

Fisher Ferry was closed for almost an hour as first responders worked to safely tend to the victims and clear the roadway.

Units with the Warren County Sheriff’s Office along with two fire medic units, Rescue and units from the Fisher Ferry Fire Department all worked the accident.

Both drivers were transported to the hospital. At the time of this report, there is no word on their current condition but both are expected to survive the impact.
