VHS and WC release basketball schedules

VICKSBURG, Miss. (VDN) —

Vicksburg High School and Warren Central High School have both released their basketball schedules for the upcoming 2026-27 season.

Vicksburg’s girls team will be led by head coach Troy Stewart, while David Sanders serves as head coach of the boys team.

Across town, Keith Williams will lead the Warren Central boys, while Heather Casey is the head coach of the Lady Vikes.

Both schools will face a full slate of non-district and district competition, including two meetings against each other. The first Vicksburg-Warren Central matchup is scheduled for Nov. 17 at Vicksburg, with the teams meeting again Dec. 1 at Warren Central.
