VHS, St. Al, and WC collects baseball wins in recent games

VICKSBURG, Miss.—Vicksburg High School, Warren Central High School, and St. Aloysius High School all collected baseball wins on Tuesday. The Vikings defeated Neshoba Central 6-2 in a district match, VHS took down Crystal Springs 13-0, and the Flashes grabbed a 14-9 district win over Adams County Christian School.
WC:
WC traveled to play Neshoba Central High School and earned another district win. They are now 3-0 in district play.
Nathaniel Moore Moore pitched the game for WC where he ended the night with nine strikeouts, and Beau Bradley also struck out two.
The Vikings grabbed 16 hits on the day, including a 2-run home run by Maddox Lynch. Trace Hood went 3 for 4 at the plate and Hayes Loper went 2 for 4. Tristan Jamison, Lester Martin, Blake Caruthers(1 RBI), and Jacob Kealhofer all had one hit while Caden Cole hit an RBI. Lynch had three RBIs.
VHS:
The Gators came out hot last night and took down Crystal Springs 13-0 in four innings.
Mickell Jones only allowed one hit as he struck out eight batters in the win. He also hit an RBI and a double. VHS had a total of eight hits last night.
Peyton Calvin hit a triple and a double while going 3 for 3 with 2 RBIs. Kaleb Doss also hit a double with two RBIs while Allan Allen(1 RBI), Seven West and Jacobie Simpson(1 RBI) each had one hit.
St. Al:
The Flashes are now 10-7 on the season after defeating ACCS last night. They were able to hit the ball well as they finished with 12 hits on the night.
Laken Bradley hit a double and went 3 for 3 with 3 RBIs. Sadler Lambiotte also hit three RBIs as he went 2 for 4 at the plate while Carson Smith also went 2 for 3 with one RBI. Pierson Smith went 2 for 4 with two RBIs while Robert Lee(1 RBI), Clark Hobson, and Keller Bradley(1 RBI) all had one hit.
Carson Smith and Walt Andrews both struck out two batters each.
PCA:
PCA fell short 13-3 against Central Hinds. Evan Gordon(1 RBI), Conley Johnston, and Cameron Potter each had a hit. Hunter Simms hit an RBI and Chad Fuson struck out one batter.
