WC pulled off a 64-61 win over Neshoba Central

Vicksburg, Miss.-Warren Central High School boys’ basketball team will now advance to the State Tournament after defeating Neshoba Central 64-61 on Tuesday night. The win was at the District tournament which was hosted by Neshoba Central High School.

Jaylon Winters led the Vikings with 16 points while Nash Morgan finished with a double-double as he brought in 14 points and 10 rebounds. DJ Gibbs finished the night with 10 points while Robert Williams and Micah Moore both scored eight points each. Roosevelt Harris(11 assists and 7 steals) and Davon O’Neal each contributed four points.

The Vikings will now face Ridgeland on Thursday in the semifinals of the District Tournament.
