WC Swim Team Won the Rumble on the River Meet

Warren Central High School swim team won their Rumble on the River meet on Saturday with 124 combined points(girls 65 and boys 59).

Avery Greer won four events as she contributed 12 points while Kara Rowe won the 400, 200, and 500-yard free. Both Greer and Rowe joined Ella Opperman and Addison Billings in winning the 200(2:01.55) and 400(4:33.59). Aubrey Rankin came in second place in the 100-yard fly(1:46.86).

Ashtin Wallace was victorious in the 100 backstroke(58.13) and 200 IM. He and Thomas Kilroy, Jacob Byrd, and James McKenna all won the 400 Free Relay. Ace Orosco, Cormack Wiedenfield, Duncan Hsu, and Kilroy all won the 200-yard medley relay. Kilroy finished in second in the 50-yard freestyle while Byrd had a second-place finish in the 100 freestyle. 

McKenna also finished second in the 100-yard backstroke and the 200 IM.
