16-year-old missing out of Moss Point

VICKSBURG, Miss. (VDN) — 

The Moss Point Police Department is requesting assistance in locating missing runaway Sylvia “Sissy” Torres. Sissy is 16 years old, weighs 76lbs and is 4’11”. She was reported as a runaway on November 13, 2023.
