$5,000 reward offered for information in the Fayette Fest killing
FAYETTE, Miss.(VDN) — Due to the recent killing at Fayette Fest over the weekend, a $5,000 reward has been issued for information in the murder of 22-year-old Rayshaude Hudson. Six other people were injured also in the shooting
Jefferson County Sheriff James Bailey Sr. went to social media on Sunday to asks the community for help.
“We Need your help please say something. Call crime stoppers 1-888-442-5001 we don’t want your name just your information, the facebook post read. “$5.000 Reward.”

Up to a $5,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of the person or persons responsible for the shooting at the Fayette Festival on Saturday, May 31. All calls and tips are anonymous and are handled by the call center in Texas. You can call 888-442-5001 or download the free P3 app.
The victim from the Fayette Fest shooting that occurred on Saturday has been identified. The deceased has been identified by Jefferson County Coroner Ricky McDonald as 22-year-old Rayshaude Hudson. He is the son of Jefferson County Judge Maurice Hudson.
The shooting occurred at the city’s 200th celebration that left six injured, and Hudson dead. At this time there is no official word on if anyone has been arrested in this case, or a motive for the shooting.
