WC took down VHS on Monday
The Warren Central High School boys’ soccer team continues to make significant strides, as they secured a resounding victory against Vicksburg High with a score of 7-0 on Monday.
Tyler Godshaw showcased his exceptional skills by netting three goals, while Duke Esparza, Laney Lewis, Jonah Artman, and Colby
Solomon each contributed with one goal to seal the win. In terms of assists, Jacob Porter played a vital role with two, while Lewis and Eriam Diaz Mejias each provided one.
Furthermore, Solomon played an instrumental role in defending the team’s goal by making a crucial save. Arthur Davis of VHS made an
impressive 13 saves during the match.
Under the guidance of Head Coach Greg Head, the Vikings currently boast an impressive record of 12-4-1 and are eagerly pursuing a district title.
