Cynia Johnson scored 20 points for VHS on Tuesday

Vicksburg High School girl’s basketball player Cynia Johnson was one of the lead scorers in Tuesday’s game against Yazoo City.

In the 64-57 loss, Johnson scored 20 points to help keep the game tight. Her teammate Kierra James also put up 20 points.

The Missy Gators will travel to face McComb on Friday.
